When Henrik Fisker left the company that bore his name, the team that remained faced an impossible question: Who are we now?

They had the car. They had the vision. They had the talent. What they didn't have was a name—or a story that could rally a bruised team for the challenging road ahead.

We gave them both.

Karma became more than a name. It was a declaration: every choice matters, and these choices brought us here. The manifesto was written first for their own employees, a rallying cry before it ever reached the press.

When I read it to the new head of design—someone who had worked alongside Henrik on the original Fisker—he cried.

The manifesto became a poster for their offices, then a video shared with press, investors, and everyone following their journey up from the ashes of Fisker.

Some brands are built from scratch. This one was built from what remained—and what they chose to become.
