Phase One:
Discover
Strategy is the foundation upon which everything else is built.
Before I design a single pixel or write a single word, we need to understand what makes you different and why it matters.
When you work with me, we start with deep discovery conversations about your mission, your audience, and the unique value you bring to the world. We'll explore your competitive landscape, clarify your positioning, and identify the core messages that will cut through the noise.
This isn't a questionnaire you fill out alone. We work together to uncover insights that even you might not have articulated yet. By the end of this phase, you'll have a comprehensive but concise strategic brief that guides every decision and gives you confidence at every step.
This is where strategy becomes reality.
Depending on your needs, this phase might include naming, brand strategy, visual identity, website design, or messaging—whatever it takes to bring your mission to life.
You're not working with a team of junior designers or project managers. You're working directly with me, bringing over 25 years of experience from major brands like Toyota and Disney to grassroots nonprofits and startups.
I don't juggle multiple major projects because focus creates better results. When I'm working on your brand, that's where my attention is. No competing priorities, no diluted effort—just world-class strategy, design, and execution in service of your mission.
Phase Two:
Build
A brand launch isn't just unveiling a new logo.
It's a strategic introduction that helps people understand who you are and why they should care.
We'll create a launch plan that considers your audience, your channels, and your goals. Whether that's a complete website launch, a rebrand announcement, or a quiet rollout to test the waters—we'll make sure your new brand makes the right first impression.
After launch, I stay connected to monitor how your brand is performing and make strategic adjustments as needed. Your success is the measure of my work.
